In Level Two, the history of the Bible is examined and individual sayings of Jesus studied and meditated upon. Parables are studied at all three levels with increasing complexity and depth according to the age of the child.
The younger children are presented with the Infancy narratives from Luke and Matthew’s gospels. These works are usually particular favourites returned to again and again by children.
The oldest children (9-12) study Old Testament stories using the method of typology.
