We rejoice with our previous Ordination Student, Jane Mitchell, as she is ordained to the Priesthood on Saturday 29th November at 10 am at St. John’s Cathedral.
It was very sad to hear of the death of Reverend David Binns. David was a very special part of Holy Spirit Kenmore back in the 1990’s when he was also Director of the Brookfield Spirituality Centre, and is greatly loved by many, many people. He was a good and faithful priest, who helped many people come to know the love and beauty of God through his art and paintings. He will be sadly missed. Our prayers are with his wife Vivienne and his daughter Laura and son Martin.
We look forward to welcoming Rev Geoff Reeder, recently retired from Logan, who will join us as an Honorary Assistant Priest.
Congratulations to Carol Streatfield, who has recently completed a Master of Theology and to Timothy Nicholson who has completed a Graduate Diploma of Theology, both at St Francis’ Theological College.
